The centralized computer centre facility was established in the year 2007 and was inaugurated by Prof D. N. Reddy, Vice Chancellor of JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The Computer Center has got 324 computer systems and 45 servers which is divided into Seven laboratories, Server Rooms and a DTP Room. Similarly We have 2 Computer Centers with 120 computers.
The Computer Network The College has established a high-speed campus-wide network that connects all its Departments. A fully distributed computing environment based on clusters of workstations and PC's provides the staff and students ready access to computing resources, services, software and applications. The environment is tailored to the specific teaching/learning needs of each Department. Full access is provided to email, the Internet, Departmental Intranets and other online sources of services and information through leased line Internet connectivity of 10 mbps with full Wi Fi ( Wireless ) connectivity.
Laboratories
The Computer Centre has seven laboratories. The laboratories houses 50 computer systems, connected to the campus-wide Wi Fi ( Wireless ). The laboratories are equipped with various software C, C++, Oracle, Visual Studio, Java and Case Tools.
Server Room
The Server room houses the various servers - Windows Server, LINUX Server, Oracle Database Server all connected to the LAN, thereby providing diverse computing platforms to the students, across the campus. The
Internet Gateway comprises of a Web Server, Proxy Server and the other networking components required for an efficient Wi Fi ( Wireless ) and for providing Internet access to all computer systems, located in the various
Departments and functional areas.
