Shri Dr. B.C. Rao, B.Sc., (Edin), Ph.D., (Moscow), F.I.E.T.E, was a Retired Professor and HOD of EEE Department in Osmania University. He was former Principal of KLCE, which is now KL University. He also served as a Principal at Sir CRR Engineering College, Eluru and Vignan Institute of Science and Technology, Deshmukhi, Hyderabad. He always strives for fulfilling the aspirations of students with a new vision and accountability.
